A hospitality establishment is so much more than just accommodation! In this increasingly competitive industry establishments need to be able to sell a combination of accommodation, activities, events, conferences, and other value adding services in an integrated fashion. Sadly, we have found that there was no existing technology platform locally or internationally, where an establishment can market and sell a combination of offerings. They embarked on a journey to develop a cutting-edge technology solution that will offer establishments the ability to sell and market all their offerings from one platform at very affordable price. Integration between establishments and other platforms was a key part of the vision. Eliminating repetitive laborious tasks through automation, providing guests with interactive online applications and integrated CRM functionality finally also became part of the solution that was developed. Development started small, on a shoe-string budget, with only a handful of customers, but the passion and energy generated through customer interaction propelled the solution forward at a fast pace. As customer requirements were discovered, development took different directions, always following the needs of an ever-growing customer base.
