The TTA Board is thrilled to announce the 2026 Tshwane Tourism Showcase! Over the past seven years, the Showcase has grown into much more than an exhibition, it has become an annual reunion of friends, colleagues and networks across our city’s tourism and hospitality sector.

Next year marks a special milestone: the Tshwane Tourism Association’s 25th anniversary. To celebrate, we are adding fresh energy and new opportunities to the Showcase. This big event will kick off the year by bringing people together, strengthening relationships and setting the tone for a fantastic year of collaboration and co-creation.

Once again, we are delighted to return to the CSIR Convention Centre, a trusted venue that always delivers with excellence. But this year, you can look forward to a few exciting additions:

1. Exhibition Stands
   • This year there will be only 70 exhibition stands available to ensure maximum visibility for each exhibitor. As always all paid up TTA members can book their free exhibition stand.
   • For the first time we will also have 20 prime stands available at nominal fee for businesses seeking extra exposure.
2. Workshop Stands
   • This year we also have 3 Workshop Stands available. These members can host an informative 15-minute workshops during the day to showcase their products or services.
   • Think of sessions such as insurance basics for guesthouses or legal tips for hotels: a chance for supplier members to connect with new audiences or venues to connect with stakeholders.
   • Visitors will be able to pre-book, and members can promote their workshops on their own platforms. TTA will even provide a ticketing link.

3. Cross-Sector Networking
   • Several city business and tourism stakeholders will hold their monthly meetings on the same day, bringing more faces, more connections and more energy into the room.
4. Live Experiences
   • We are upping the experience! Members are invited to bring activations that allow guests to experience your brand — from wellness mini-sessions to creative performances, interactive demonstrations or hands-on activities. A form will be sent out soon but if this is something you would consider you can send an email to admin@tshwanetourism.com so long.
5. Catering Made Easy
   • CSIR will cater for the day, and attendees will be able to pre-order and pre-pay lunch for themselves and their attending team members.

   • As always, some exciting prizes will be up for grabs, but this year our incredible prize sponsors will enjoy a three-minute slot to promote their venue or product to the audience in person or with a video.
